I have reserved 24 tickets for the March 21st performance in Galveston and would like some description of the performance for publicity.
Thank you.

Just one of your fans!
Your CD's are great.
Rob: Your music delights this old lady. You take me back to when I could dance all night..
Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent. We adore your concerts and your charisma.

Wondering if this Rob Landes performed with "Fever Tree"? If so, I gotta tell ya', that band is still one of my favorites!! Likes the band back "when", and still listen!! Just thought I'd pop in to tell you that, as I think this Rob is that Rob!!
Hi Rob,
I'm enjoying your latest CD which I received for my 79th birthday recently. Can't wait to add to my CD collection more of your music. Two of your former piano students will be delighted to know what's available also, namely Rob Blissard and my daughter Gaye Keller Henderson.
Wishing you the best always,
Norma Damiani
So glad you are coming back to the Unity Theater in Sept. We will be there!
Enjoyed the concert in Brenham last night. You told the story of being 4 and meeting Tommy Dorsey but didn't know who he was. I had a similar experience when I was about 10. I was taking piano lessons from a pretty young woman named Sugie Burke in Webster. One day after a lesson, a man arrived to take her on a date. She introduced me to Mickey Gilley. I just said "Glad to meet you" and went home. I had no idea who he was.
We really enjoyed your appearance at the Camden Royal Oaks last Sun.(April 27). You certainly are good at "tickling the ivories". Thanks for a lovely afternoon.
I'm looking forward to hearing you on May 7th at the noon concert at First Methodist. I have emailed my extensive list of contacts to invite them and I hope they come to the concert.
Dear Rob,
On behalf of the children and board of the Houston Area Respite Center, please accept our heartfelt thank you for your fabulous performance last Sunday in support of HARC. Your excellent piano playing and charismatic performance sure brought in the crowds, and we sincerely appreciate your giving us such a successful fundraiser. Thank you again for your continued support.
Best wishes,
Charlotte Lund

Rob: I have re-discovered a tape of REQUIUM, performed I believe at St. Philip, with you at the organ, I believe. Wonderful. Indeed, was it your composition?
Hey Rob,
We love the website!! (especially the pictures!!) We miss you and hope to see you the next time we make it out to the wild west.
Love,
Troy and Richelle
Thank you, thank you for remembering to call my mother, Enola Garner, by name as you always do when we come to one of your concerts. You really made her day! Each time I bring her to see you, she goes on and on about you, Vesey, Vesette, Cecil Pickett and the years at Bellaire. Remember she actually made some of the outfits for 'fever tree'. Enola will be 89 this June, doesn't know what day it is, but knows your concert schedule! Tuesday, February 12 at the Centrum was wonderful as usual, and the crowd for a 3pm concert was amazing. Whether just you or the trio, I still find Gershwin my favorite venue. Oh, like the "new" brown look too. Much love and appreciation. JEM
very nice thank you
Loved reading the article about you in the Chronicle. I am trying my best to find someone to take me to hear Sensations but probably will not have much success. Just want you to know that your music feeds MY soul every Sunday. I am so blessed that God gave me the ear to hear all of the modulations, chords, and nuances you add to the simplest of hymns and most difficult musical creations. I called the church and made reservations for the Yosts and for us for the Galveston concert. Then I found out that the first shower for David's bride-to-be will be that afternoon. I am sick about it. I'm not certain when the Yosts are coming, either. She just mentioned in a message that they would like to be here for your concert. Thank you again for all that you do for my soul (even when I am circling and circling trying to find a parking place in our new Courtyard of shops--I play your Ovations CD and don't get out of patience AT All!) Thanks for all that you do for my soul. Hope a CD of Sensations will be forthcoming. Peggy
Great job this morning, Rob. Glad to be back in touch!
Harriet
Rob, dear one....It just doesn't get any better than you...both as a talent and as a person. How blessed we are to know you.
I loved the story in the HCHRONICLE today...(Jan. 28, 2008)and sent it on to Bunny.
Kitty B.
I am a big fan of Fever Tree and am glad to learn that Rob Landes is still rockin'! Please look me up if you play anywhere near Alexandria VA or the Huntington Club. http://www.huntington-club.com
I'm a vocal music teacher in upstate NY and just found "No Words." Wondering if you have an MP3 of it.
Thanks.
Krista
I had heard the name but just recently found your website and trio information.
As a WWII veteran I greatly enjoyed
your concert here in Huntington, WV
some months ago. It was great!

My wife and I saw your group perform at St. Luke's today. You were great!
Hi Rob.
I was a student of Paul Musarra in the summer of '62, at the old H&H store in Sharpstown.
Do you know what happened to Paul? Does he still play?
I really like your music!
Rob, Your music is beautiful. So proud to know you and all that you accomplish.
Sincerely,
Leah White
Hello, Really an excellent site - it's always a pleasure to come back else and else look this
. Much respect!
Rob, I am listening to the new Gershwin CD as I unpack from our trip to Houston.
Loving the music and you singing.
Jan
Amore Rob,
Checking out your site. Roddy told us about it yesterday. Our friends GG (Betty Swanson 83 years young and former dancer) and her daughter Pat Rowe took us to the bookstore and Chico's yesterday and then to dinner (French). They plan to attend your concert on Sunday.
So wonderful to see you both.
Amore, Jan
Rob,
Thanks for a very enjoyable concert at Angelina College here in Lufkin recently. My wife, son and I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation. I do hope you can make it back up to the forest country again sometime for an encore.
Attended your concert today was bitterly disappointed...NO RED SOCKS! Van Johnson turned over in his grave.
See Rob with CANTARE Houston January 29, 2008. World premiere of his "Sensations."
Rob I dont know weather or not youre memory stretches this far but you and Fever Tree were living somewhere behind the drugstore in Lakewood Colo in about 1969 ,My friend whos father owned the store and myself worked there after High School and played in a local band and when you came in you were always pleasant and encouraging to talk with ,although we never experienced the kind of success Fever Tree had the highlight of my playing days came when we were the opening act for the Chambers Brothers in Chicago I just wanted you to know that you stood as a musical figure with no pretentious attitude and inspired me to become better at keyboards ,best wishes to you and I hope this rings a bell Gary
Dear Rob,
Just a note to say thanks for all of the music. I have your Fever Tree albums and keep one of your CDs on hand when I travel. Being a native Houstonian, I am pleased to see the contribution that you have made to the local music scene.
Hope to eventually see you in concert.
Thanks again for enriching our lives!
Jack
Glory to the Lord from another old hippy based in Cape Town. Only one question Rob ,who did you play for before you entered Fever Tree?
Rob --I need to get ahold of you via secure email or phone please email me back. Its regarding my Dads shows Thanks
Thanks for the cd, Rob. I love "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square" and "Take Five" is one of my all-time favorites. I hope to hear you live before I head back East. Many blessings.
We were at the 1894 Grand March 4, what a pleasure it was hearing you again. We have been at all your performances in Galveston. Wouldn't miss them. See you there next year! Do you have a published future calendar? I want my grandson to hear you. Thanks again for the lovely afternoon at the Grand.
I was at your concert yesterday, 3/4/2007 and enjoyed it very much. I sang the words (in my head) to almost every song. When I was going to high school, I ushered in a movie theater that use to be an old vaudevile theater in Wichita, Kansas. That theater had to be modeled after the Grand in Galveston, right down to the 2 balconies and the box seats along the sides. In this theater, thru the movies that played there in the late 40's and early 50's, I heard 95% of all the Gershwin tunes that you played. Each movie played at least 100 times and sometimes more depending on the popularity. I had the dialog and the songs memorized for each movie by the time it ended its run. Your concert yesterday brought back some very fond memories of my youth.
Thank you very very much;
Larry Peterson
Was great to see you last Sunday, Rob. Hope you'll come out some Sunday night to the Daily Review when the opportunity arises.
We attended your preformance on Tuesday, February 13th. at the Centrum. We enjoyed your preformance and will be sure to attend more. We where part of the 18 people from St. Matthew Catholic Church 50+ club. Part of us sat in the front right ( the dancer) and the rest was in the balcony. We all say Happy Valentines Day.
We so enjoyed your concert yesterday @ The Centrum! You played @ our son's wedding reception, at The Greenspoint Club, Nov 26, 1994.We received many compliments on the group. You were scheduled to perform @ my Lamar reunion, but Hurricane Rita interferred. Look forward to seeing you perform again soon! Lucy N Goldstone
I enjoyed the performance at St. Philips last night (2/11/07.) Finally saw you perform after hearing about you for "years."
Might go to the Grand on 3/4.
Millie Warden
You did a great job at the wedding at St. Lukes. You are a great performer. And you are such an inspiration to me. I still want to see the "Wizard of Oz" house!:)
Enjoyed the concert last night at MDUMC.
Lori and I sang with the Houston Masterworks Chorus when you were helping out a couple (or 10?) years ago. We have always enjoyed the laid back way you present the music. It is such fun, and I suspect that you're having more fun than we are!!!!
Anyone that can work The Entertainer, Stardust and Some Enchanged Evening into the same medley(and on the spot) is alright in my book.
Thanks for sharing your joy in the music!
Rob... enjoyed your "Hunchback" performance! Look forward to Jazz Christmas and beyond. Allen
Hi Rob,
you are amazing. The time you took at HSPVA to share your talent and experience is something those kids and I will never forget.
The music is wonderful, you are blessed with grace ..."who could ask for anything more!"
Thanks,
Carole
It's not fair, Rob. You're aging better than me!
My wife & I introduced Jay Grubb to Joanna in Ames, Iowa. We named our daughter Joanna. Jay & I were friends in college. I have all of the Landes recordings and enjoy them greatly.
Rob - can you remember back to the early 70's???? How about Woody - Ruth - and the gang outta Tulsa - Whow what a great time!!!!!
We have been "keeping" up with you over the years - maybe we can catch you in Galveston early next year - but in the meantime - maybe your afternoon concerts locally. Geez - it's been a long long time.
Norm & Kay
